A house special for years running, our Corned Beef Mash was named “Best Breakfast in Washington State” by Food Network Magazine during their “50 States, 50 Breakfasts” tour. A delightful blend of herbs and spices accompany chopped corned beef in our house mashed potatoes which are then grilled and topped with melted Dubliner cheese and 2 eggs your way.
