We are open for breakfast, lunch and supper at the restaurant in Langley and have our Braeburn Wiener Wagon Food Truck in Freeland at the Greenbank Cidery (previously Penn Cove Brewing Company). We are in the process of opening a Smokehouse at the Cidery location as well.

Dishwasher (Thursday, Friday & Saturday evening Supper shifts, 4:00pm-close) as well as Mondays 9:00am-close for daytime shift ($17-$19 p/hour + tips)

Responsibilities:
Properly cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots. Responsible for maintaining dish room and dish machine. Assists with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.
Essential functions:
• Can operate dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications.
• Uses proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer in the dish machine.
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of a shift.
• Keeps dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
• Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested.
Qualifications & Knowledge:
• Knowledge of basic sanitary guidelines.
• Knowledge of basic dish machine operations.

Part Time Servers- Restaurant ($16.66 p/hour + tips)
Job Responsibilities:

Serves guests quickly, efficiently and with complete knowledge of food and beverage menus. Offers superior and friendly customer service with emphasis on maintaining a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
Essential Functions:
• Warmly greets and acknowledges guests upon arrival.
• Effectively explains food and beverage menus in an informative, friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Polishes all silverware and glassware used for service.
• Accurately takes guest orders.
• Cleans, stocks, and maintains the workstations throughout shift.
• Follows all safety and sanitation policies.
• Correctly and precisely calculates each guest check through our POS system.
• Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by a manager at any time.

Restaurant Line Cook ($18 - $23 p/hour + tips)
Thursday-Saturday evenings, 4:00pm-close
Potential for 1 or 2 daytime shifts in addition
Basic Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry and/or stations or other areas of the kitchen. Execute menu correctly and efficiently.
Essential Functions:
• Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines.
• Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follows recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
• Restocks all items as needed throughout shift.
• Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills.
• Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station.
• Assists with the cleaning, sanitation and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas.
• Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by the chef, sous chef or kitchen manager at any time.
Qualifications Knowledge
• Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
• Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Previous prep or line cook experience.
